Partner & invite terms

1Joining as a partner

These terms apply once you apply through our partner application and we approve you. We may approve, decline or pause any application, and may ask for identity or business documents.

You join as an independent partner. You are not our employee or agent, and you may not take payment, make promises or sign anything on our behalf.

2What partners earn

• 10% commission on every successful payment a client you referred makes to us (plans, bookings and credit top-ups), for 12 months from the day that client joined.
• A different rate applies only if we have agreed it with you in writing.
• Commission is based on the amount we actually receive. It is not paid on refunds, cancelled or failed payments, or on accounts we use for testing.

3How a client becomes yours

• The client signs up through your partner link, or enters your partner code when they create their account.
• Codes work only for new clients: within 30 days of creating their account and before their first booking.
• The first code a client uses is the one that counts. A client can be linked to only one partner or friend.
• Referring yourself, your own household or accounts you control does not count.
• You must have the person’s agreement before you share their details with us or sign them up.
• Our records decide who referred a client. If you think we have made a mistake, contact us within 60 days and we will look again.

4When and how you are paid

• Each commission becomes payable 14 days after the client’s payment, which covers our refund window. You can see it on your partner dashboard.
• Request a payout from your partner dashboard once you have at least ₦1,000 payable. We pay in naira by bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account in your name or your business’s name, which we verify before the first payout.
• Commission is income. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we will deduct withholding tax where Nigerian law requires it.

5Refunds and clawback

If we refund a client, or a payment is reversed or charged back, after we have already paid you commission on it, we take that commission back by deducting it from your future commission. If none is due within 60 days, we may ask you to repay it within 30 days.

6How you represent The Naija Concierge

• Always tell people you are a Naija Concierge partner and may earn commission.
• Do not promise prices, timings, results or guarantees we have not published or agreed in writing.
• Do not send spam or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Use our name and logo only in the ways we provide or approve.
• Handle people’s personal details carefully and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the laws where you are.

7Client invites: give ₦5,000, get ₦5,000

Any client can share their personal invite link or code. These rules apply to client invites:

• The friend must be a new client (see section 3). They receive a personal code worth ₦5,000 off their first booking, valid for 60 days, on bookings of ₦10,000 or more, and covering at most 40% of the booking. It only works on the friend’s own account.
• When the friend completes their first paid booking, the inviting client receives 5 credits (₦5,000), valid for 6 months.
• A client can earn invite rewards for up to 10 friends in any 12 months.
• Invite codes can’t be combined with other offer codes on the same booking, exchanged for cash, or used on your own account.

8Changes

• We may change these terms. We will tell partners by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
• A change only applies to clients referred after it takes effect. Clients you referred before keep the terms that applied when they joined.

9Ending the partnership

• You or we can end the partnership at any time by email, for any reason.
• When it ends, your link and code stop working for new clients. You still earn commission, under these terms, on clients you referred before the end date, for the rest of their 12 months.
• We may pause or end your partnership straight away if you break these terms, for example by misleading people, spamming, referring yourself or acting dishonestly. In that case we do not pay commission connected to the breach.

10General

• We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or profit, arising from the programme. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
