Partner FAQ

How much do I earn?

10% of every payment a client you referred makes to us (plans, bookings and credit top-ups) for 12 months from the day they join. If you refer a family on Mum & Dad Care, that is ₦4,500 a month, or ₦54,000 over the year.

When and how am I paid?

Each commission becomes payable 14 days after the client's payment, which covers our refund window. You can then request a payout from your partner dashboard to the bank account you give us.

How do you know a client came from me?

They sign up through your partner link, or type your code when they create their account. Codes work for new clients within 30 days of joining and before their first booking. The first code a client uses is the one that counts.

Is it different from the client invite?

Yes. Any client can invite friends with "give ₦5,000, get ₦5,000" and is rewarded in credits. Partners are businesses and community leaders who refer regularly and earn cash commission.

Does it cost anything?

No. There is no fee and no target. You can stop at any time.

Is the commission taxable?

Commission is income. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may deduct withholding tax where Nigerian law requires it.
